Spacious room with all the necessary amenities 😊, and a great view!

Simply no reason to complain, really really nice stay. Fairly clean and gorgeous place with consistently courteous and pleasant staff. Fast check-in, parking on site. Everything good. Particularly good and absolutely perfect setting, near Families and Spinneys supermarket as well as the main shopping area. Also, by metro. Simple food in the family restaurant.

The food was fresh and the location was marvellous. It was also near to Burjuman and ACDB metro stations.

Big, clean rooms! Our suite had 2 bedrooms, 3 washrooms and a huge balcony as well as a full sized living room. There was lots of closet space and the kitchen was fully functional. The furniture and the interior design were modern and appealing including flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and living room.

The elevators were small and slow.

This hotel is located in the Bur Dubai district, which is a great location for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to the ADCB metro station in just 10 minutes, and there is also a supermarket just across the street. The deluxe apartments were incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with three bathrooms and all the necessary kitchen utilities. We also loved the rooftop swimming pool, which offered a fantastic view and never got too crowded. The staff here were exceptional, always ensuring that our needs were met and providing a high level of service. We were also impressed with the additional amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry facilities.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

The apartment was quite large with two bathrooms and three toilets. Lots of space for the kids. Close to a great supermarket.

The portacot provided for our young son was quite grotty.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bur Dubai district. the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Ms. Trisha at reception and the friendly Filipino guy. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, with a kitchen, a stunning view, and a spacious attached bathroom. I also appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the city views from.

No eggs were included in the breakfast options.

friendly staff and very helpful, good location and was always able to get a taxi to get us around. very handy having well stocked supermarket across the road. room very comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. enough room for all of us.

no sponge, dishwashing detergent or a chopping board in the kitchen which i needed to buy myself. i needed to use a handtowel from the bathroom in the kitchen. poor quality toilet paper and the showerheads that aim at the opposite wall in the showers - we kept flodding the bathroom!
